Woohoo! I'm back. My sems are over, November was hectic, with projects, assignments and then sems in December. But that doesn't mean I stopped reading. I just can't help myself. Even when sems where going on I atleast read two to three chaps of a story mostly the stories which got updated on wattpad; only them or I don't think I would have stopped form devouring the book :P But anywho, here is one which I read.

Mailboy by foreversmilin is one of my fav on wattpad now. I had started reading from beginning, but after two or three chaps, it took the updates stopped. So, after that I forgot about the story. I remembered when the updates started but didn't continued cuz I wanted to read in one sitting. And now it have 25 chaps. I know it is not complete but the story gets updated time to time, so not complaining.

The story is well written and I had it in my library because the author captured me from the prologue. So it was in my library. The story has humor, which I love reading and the story is cool. It's a light read. A definitely enjoyable read.  And now it is #3 in Romance. Wooo! Coool! I love this story and recommend it to any one who like to read teen fics.

Here is the blurb of Mailboy

"You're not my boss."
 "Actually, I kind of am."
Zoey Hunter was always one to hold herself up to a high standard, and it showed. Her
abundance of friends, perfect grades, and almost ideal family reflected her hard work,
making her an object of jealousy for many.
But there was more to Zoey than what met the eye-hidden underneath the pressure to
uphold her practically perfect image, was a girl determined to express herself. And
did just that with two most unlikely hobbies that one could have-paint and delivering
Then she discovered Nico Forrest, a cocky British Boy forced to get a job at his local
post office, and the two were forced to bond over morning mail delivery. Soon. they
saw each other much more often than they would have liked to.
 What could go wrong? Everything.

And my fav para from the prologue:

I hate the way you smile, and your stupid dimples. I hate your laugh, because it's unnerving. I hate your eyes, because they always sparkle, I mean, what you put some sort of sparkling thingy on them?

Lol! there are many of lines from the story I like but can't find them right now. Love the story, a definitely must read!

Interview with Ketchup from Someone Wicked This Way Comes series by DelSheree Gladden

We have Ketchup with us, doesn't he sound good ;) and I love Ketchup!! with everything :D
And if you don't know him, you will get to know him. Everybody who have read Wicked Hunger and the books in series Love him, so much that they asked him for giveaway, lol
So, Guys Welcome Ketchup! and DelSheree

I’m so glad S211n3 asked for a character interview with Ketchup, not only because he’s everyone’s favorite book boyfriend, but because I’d like to share some of the crazy conversations we have with each other inside my head!

So, here we go. Ten random questions with Ketchup!

1.       If you were granted three wishes, what would you ask for?

Lifetime supply of Ketchup (of course), lock picks that are easy to hide, and a really fast car.

2.       What three things would you take to a Desert Island?

Van (does she count as a thing?), knives (for more than one reason), and something capable of playing music so I can watch Van dance.

3.       When you walk into a room, what do you expect people to notice about you?

That fact that I’m a dead ringer for Superman, of course. I’m talking Man of Steel, not so much the old 50s TV show. Okay, maybe I’m not quite as built as Henry Cavill is in the movie, but I’m pretty sure I’m close.

4.       What do you wish your special talent was?

Uh, is this on the record? Let’s just say it’s not and remember I’ll plead the Fifth if anyone asks. My special talents involve lock picks and a little B&E. Not for any nefarious purposes…most of the time. Ivy’s garage was totally called for.

5.       If you could be an animal, what would it be?

Monkey. Definitely a monkey. They get away with everything!

6.       What is your favorite journey?

I don’t know that I’d call going to the Godling compound my favorite journey, but it got me two weeks with Van, and watching Godlings train is freaky, but awesome!

7.       Where would you like to live?

Smack dab in the middle of a huge city. You can be totally anonymous without having to hole yourself up like a hermit. Plus, I’d never run out of interesting, if not so much legal, things to do. Gotta keep those skills sharp, right?

8.       On what occasions do you lie?

When Van or her family are involved. Talk about skeletons in the closet. Not literally…I think. Well, it might depend on who we’re talking about.

9.       How would you like to die?

Defending someone. Van most likely. I find myself doing that quite frequently. I could settle for going out in a heroic blaze of glory, though. Yeah, I think I’d be okay with that.

10.   If you were to die and come back as a person or thing, what do you think it would be?

Could I come back as someone who’s perpetually five years old? Wouldn’t that be great? Everything is new and monsters are just pretend. You’d never have to grow up and realize all those scary noises and monsters under the bed are actually real and trying to kill you.

Isn't he Awesome!! Thank you Ketchup for being here.  And if you want to know more about Ketchup, you can meet him personally and get to know him in Wicked Hunger, Wicked Power and Wicked Glory.

About the Author

DelSheree Gladden was one of those shy, quiet kids who spent more time reading than talking. Literally. She didn't speak a single word for the first three months of preschool, but she had already taught herself to read. Her fascination with reading led to many hours spent in the library and bookstores, and eventually to writing. She wrote her first novel when she was sixteen years old, but spent ten years rewriting and perfecting it before having it published.

Native to New Mexico, DelSheree and her husband spent several years in Colorado for college and work before moving back home to be near family again. Their two children love having their cousins close by. When not writing, you can find DelSheree reading, painting, sewing and trying not to get bitten by small children in her work as a dental hygienist. DelSheree has several bestselling young adult series, including "Invisible" which was part of the USA Today Bestselling box set, "Pandora." The Date Shark Series is her first contemporary romance series.

Shark Out of Water(#2 Date shark) by DelSheree Gladden released last week on 21st October. Let me tell you it's an Awesome series! And the first book Date Shark is free! So grab it, you won't be disappointed.

Shark Out of Water is about Guy San Laurent (Gee SanLauren, he doesn't like when it is Americanized).

Blurb of Shark Out Of Water

Guy Saint Laurent is too busy cursing his sister for roping him into taking over Eli's Date Shark business to prepare himself for the slew of bizarre women he's about to get involved with. This is the last venture he intended to take on, but somehow he's just become Chicago's newest, most reluctant Date Shark.

On top of dealing with bug-toting, mothering, obsessive women, Guy faces personal tragedy that changes his outlook on life, whether he wants it to or not. He's not sure what it is about Charlotte Brooks that draws him in, but getting her off his mind after a brief encounter proves impossible.

As Charlotte tries to help Guy deal with his loss, he begins to get the impression she's hiding something from him. He knows he could simply walk away, continue as he always has, but he suspects whatever she's hiding, she won't be able to face it alone.

Charlotte is the one woman who can capture his attention, but she may also be the one woman capable of breaking him.

My Review

Shark Out of Water (Date Shark, #2)Shark Out of Water by DelSheree Gladden
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow!! It was awesome!! which is not that shocking cuz DelSheree's all stories are.
I never thought of Guy (Gee, don't want to upset him) that much in Date Shark but got to know him more closely; his thoughts and his life. I loved the whole story. Him being Chicago's newest, not-so willing Date Shark was really nice. This story showed new side of him, which I didn't thought of him in first book. The journey through the book was heart warming.
Love it!!! <3
This is the second time me reading the book, first being the rough draft, I got the opportunity to beta read the book. It was nice as said in the first review got to know Guy.
The second time reading was awesome with all the edits and changes. It was PERFECT!!
I love Guy even more, he is sweet, just awesome! His french and his accent, lol made me grin, Oui!! His endearments, just melts me especially ma cherie , mon petite amie . It sounds so sweet, well imagining him saying but it ain't hard to, I was in tune with Guy it was natural, just love him.
All the family Carmody Eli, Leila (my fav couples, now Guy and Charlotte too) Vance, Sabine, Guy's parents and every in the book are awesome!! They are a big family.
Little ones were just sweet Waarren, he is adorable and understanding but also a kid, love him too and Lilly, just can't say how adorable both are, the book is so well written, it was a movie watching experience.
The zoo scene, where Guy's fear for Dumbo, made me see his point of his weariness. In first book it was so hilarious, every time I saw dumbo pic on fb and let me tell you it was often I can't stop laughing but now I just can't. In first part I thought he was dork, but this book, wow I'm happy to got to know him.
The last chapter was PERFECT!
The whole journey was sweet, sad, some moments filled with dread for Charlotte and happiness, it is Awesome.
A definitely a must read!!

The Curves Ahead

The Curves Ahead by Blondeanddangerous. Woaow!! The story is awesome. I've came across it recently, and I like it. I completed all twenty four chapters in one sitting. It's not completed yet, it's getting updated. I don't know when but it get's updated once a week.
The story is about an overweight woman, and how she overcomes her insecurities. It may seem there are many stories like that, but it not only about the main character overcoming her insecurities, there are many other issues highlighted. The story is well written and I enjoyed it.

The last stop of their trip, in that the author have written her trips so, lol I don't have word but it's perfect. Happiness should not depend on anything, even a small thing cuz if it's lost you will be unhappy, that's so true. Happiness shouldn't depend on anything.

I recommend this book, it's a must read and it's on top in What's Hot list on Wattpad

Shark Out of Water
by DelSheree Gladden

Charlotte was breathless when he pulled back, and the plaintive expression on her face killed him, but he had accomplished his goal. He gestured to the IV hooked to her arm and Charlotte stared at it in surprise. “I didn’t even feel it!”
“I told you I could distract you.”
“Damn near distracted me, too,” the nurse muttered.

Vance was smart enough to see signs that Guy was now on the defensive. He redirected, asking, “Tell me about Charlotte. Why are you having deep conversations with her instead of flirting and seducing her back to your flat?”
Sulking like a child, Guy muttered, “Je ne sais pas.”
“You don’t know?” That seemed to truly surprise Vance. “Well, I suggest you find out.”
“What?” Guy snapped. “That is your advice to me? Find out?”
Vance nodded. “Oui, mon ami. Find out why Charlotte has done what it has taken me years and years to do. Why let down your barrier between public and private for someone you barely know when I had to practically force you to do the same thing today.”
“Why?” Vance repeated. “Because you need to know. You won’t stop obsessing about her until you do.”
Obsédé? Who says I am obsessing over her?”
Vance folded his arms across his chest. “She is in your thoughts so much that you mentioned her name when you clearly had no intention of revealing her to me.” Leaning forward, he looked at his friend seriously. “Guy, I have known you for a long time. You have surprised me today, but I know how you can be like a dog with a bone. You’ll drive yourself crazy wondering what it is about Charlotte that got past your defenses until it either drives you crazy or you figure it out. Given the line of work we’re in, I’d suggest figuring it out.”
“I thought I was here to talk about Patricia,” Guy grumbled.
Leaning back with a smirk, Vance said, “We are. Just had to find something you wanted to talk about even less to spur you on, apparently.” He shook his head when Guy rolled his eyes. “Something else is bothering you when it comes to Patricia. The funeral is tomorrow. You’re avoiding talking about it. Why?”
Guy did not respond right away. His breathing escalated to the point that Vance reached forward and put a hand on his shoulder. “Her parents… they came to see me at the hospital.”
“How did they react?”
Shaking his head, he still struggled to understand their reaction. Instead of answering Vance’s new question, he answered the original one. “They requested I stand as a pallbearer.” His head fell into his hands. “I don’t know if I can. It is too difficult.”
“It will undoubtedly be difficult,” Vance said with compassion, “but it is difficult for Patricia’s parents as well. They see you as the one person who truly tried to help her. I think it comforts them to think of you being there to help her on this one last transition.”
“I don’t know if I can do this for them.”
Vance squeezed Guy’s shoulder. “You don’t have to if it is too much.”
“Not doing it feels like a betrayal of Patricia.”
“Guy, don’t make this about Patricia or her parents. What do you feel comfortable with and how do you want to say goodbye to Patricia?”
That was not an easy question. Guy sank back into the chair. Vance waited with the patience of a saint as Guy forced himself to confront the answers. He had been through so much with Patricia, watched her move forward only to fall so far again and again. She never stopped trying, and he never stopped trying to help her. “I want to help her this one last time,” Guy said finally.
“Then call Patricia’s parents when you get home and tell them you’ll be there.”
Feeling more at peace, Guy nodded.
“Stephanie and I will be there as well.” Vance held his friend’s gaze for a moment longer, making sure he knew he did not have to face the funeral alone. When Guy’s shoulders relaxed, Vance sat back. “Now why don’t you tell me about the day you met Patricia?”
As Guy began recounting the first time Patricia came into the crisis center wanting to talk about everything from the side effects of the medications she was taking to how her puppy would not stop peeing on her kitchen floor, his thoughts returned to Vance’s earlier challenge. Patricia had struck a chord with him, and so had Charlotte, in surprisingly similar ways. He understood why he has connected with Patricia, a struggling and confused young woman, but Charlotte was more of a mystery. What would it take to find out why Charlotte had affected him so much?

Review of Inquest

Inquest: Volume 1 of the Destroyer TrilogyInquest: Volume 1 of the Destroyer Trilogy by DelSheree Gladden
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Wow it's that only I feel. The story end just left me wanting more. The story is so unpredictable, I couldn't even assume what is going to happen. When I thought I know what will happen just then another twist. It totally got me hooked. I was up till 1 in the morning, the story from middle got so intriguing that I couldn't stop from finishing it. I totally loved Inquest, I am looking forward to read the series. DelSheree you are awesome your other books that I read are also just great. I am going to read all your other stories, I just can't get enough of your writing.:)

It's been months when I first read it. Now it's different as I know what will happen but I really enjoyed it. I disliked Lance even though I know he will come back to Libby but I can't help it, well it's not as strong as I read first time but I enjoyed and love Milo, lol as at first was suspicious of his intentions, but this time I knew so I loved his shrugging behavior as I can picture him. Now also I'm saying it's a definitely read.

*I received the copy in exchange of an honest review.*
I don't want so much well because I have finished reading Darkening Chaos. I just couldn't post my review as my net was not working, it's good I wrote down what I felt. I will post the same thing.
Darn! it ended :( but I don't mind *evil grin* I've third book to devour.
When I first read Inquest, after completing I zoomed to Smashwords to read first 20% of the book which after being through 3 chaps I realized it was third book. For that I stalled reading the Trilogy, till I forgot details. So I started now book two is out of the way and on book three.
I just can't put in words, and scared and excited about book three, it will end and afraid to let it go.
I don't want to dislike Milo and want Libby with him but Branden is that awesome, with whole things to find out and the chaos and anticipation, the prophecy and decision to choose between Braden and Milo it's a whole roller coaster ride.
The betrayal, I'd never have guessed it would be him and I don't feel betrayed with Libby.
Beauty in aftermath of Destruction. This line just stuck with me and I believe in it too.
It's definitely a must read

Darkening Chaos (Destroyer, #3)Darkening Chaos by DelSheree Gladden
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

* I received copy in exchange of honest review. *
I'm sad it ended, I'm so not ready to give it up and let them go. It's 5 in the morning, it' okay it's Sunday, I know I'll have book hangover in every sense physically and emotionally. This whole series was emotional roller coaster for me.
Every secrets getting revealed purposes and it coming to an end.
It was perfect and I love how it ended all lose end tying up. Knowing what will happen with characters from outside and being happy you already guessed. I was happy enjoyed the whole adventure being on edge and scared if your fav and most connected character dies.
That happens, darn it I knows he betrayed and joined opposite side but I connected with him in first part and didn't much like him in second and disliked what he did in this part, but that doesn't mean I wanted him dead. It was really difficult to Love or Hate him, but I love him even being a little vindictive.
When I read what Milo was doing and he died, I stopped reading and cried and sobbed and am now too just thinking.
The emotional stall on me.
She chose Branden I love him, I was going to choose him in the last book only, he is awesome!!!!
It ended perfectly and hope really really hope there is story about Libby and Branden's child. I'm not giving away whether the baby is girl or boy, you have to find that out.
It's absolutely a definitely a must read Trilogy. I highly recommend it.
I will read this Trilogy again and again but I want time, but it's re-read Trilogy.

It's over but I'm not giving up, and you will know why when you finish the book. Enjoy and I know you will and you will get hooked and wouldn't care and would not want to come out too.

Happy reading!

Review of The Awakener

The Awakener (The Watchers of Men, #1)The Awakener by Amanda Strong
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

*I received copy of this book by the Author for honest review.*
'The Awakener' is the first book of Author Amanda Strong I've read but it won't be last. I loved it. The whole book was a roller coaster. I didn't wanted it to end, always checked if it is going to end. I thought after their fight with the demons, it will conclude after one or two chapter but it didn't, it would have been huge cliffhanger. Got to know everybody's special talent and their mission.
The title 'The Awakener'; I know and understand it completely now. Before reading the book I thought what it would mean. It's cool Eden being an Awakener and awakening the inner self or talents of people, which at first was embarrassing for her: hugging people without her consent and being clueless. Which along with her dawned on me simultaneously the doing of her Guardian.
All the characters where different, but my favorite was Trent, he was the source of humor, he made me laugh out loud. The most when he found out his Guardian appearance or gender, lol, I couldn't help but laugh, given the situation and the danger.
Micah and Eden being the main characters, but didn't felt left out about others. Not everything was revealed much about them but they are also finding about themselves. Will get to know in next book in the series and I'm looking forward for it.
The thrill about their adventures engulfed me and the description was vivid, it was like I was watching a movie.
I'm craving to know more. It's a must read.

Robbin' Hearts series by Diane J. Reed

She is also an awesome writer, 'Robin in the Hood' by Diane J. Reed is the first book I've read of her, it's cool, fun and it will make you laugh too. I met her on fb, and the second author I spoke/ chatted with. Then her second book 'Stone of Thieves' is also awesome which was released in June this year.It was generous of her to provide me a signed copy. The third book 'Sherwood's End' which is WIP will be released soon, which I can't wait to read.

"There's a little magic and outlaw in all of us, especially when it comes to finding true love."

So, here's my reviews:

Review of Robin in the Hood

Robin in the Hood (Robbin' Hearts Series #1)Robin in the Hood by Diane J. Reed
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Robin McArthur thought she had her life all figured it out how she wanted, until her father Royle McArtur suffers from a stroke. Her life what she thought crumbles and she learns her father is in dept and they are broke. She loses her loyal BFF: cold, hard cash . To escape form all the debt collectors Robin decides to flee along with her father where no one could find them and end up in backwoods trailer park. When she decided to flee the hospital her journey started as an outlaw.
I just loved the story it's beautiful. I loved all characters. I loved Robin's wits, she made me laugh. Her first bank robbing or should we say charity case. Her thinking is hilarious. Diane kept the character of Robin like a teenager and not exaggerate it. Robin's behavior and mind set were like they should be that's what connected with me. There robbery in Cincinnati kept me on edge. I was happy they got succeeded after the obstacles but it just went down the drain when they reached Turtle Shore which was sad. I felt the thrill of there every escapes and felt the emotion of Robin, I want to do the same things she wanted about the situations and let me feel what Robin felt which left me enjoying her journey and the story. And the fact I loved about the story that luck is actually with Robin from beginning when her robbery/charity case then her real robbery in Cincinnati about her knowing the vault code. Her birthday wish OMG! I was laughing out loud, when she found out her birthday date was also a lie till now.
Dear Lord, I prayed from the bottom of my heart- I snuck a peek at my dad again, only to see him turn his face and study the ground.
Please help us get enough money to save Brandi.
And keep me away from sharp objects near my dad.
Or else I swear to you, I'm gonna go straight to Hell for burying him.

She also found people in Turtle Shore who loved her no matter what and she found herself a family she craved for. They all took care of each other.
Another fact I loved is main characters didn't deny their attractions for each other and just embraced it. They didn't deny what they felt which is sweet. Falling for someone can be easy, it doesn't always have to complicated with characters fighting their feelings. Loved Creek because he ain't afraid to love someone again after his heart being broken.
His personality is awesome, he taught her true wealth was found in people's hearts not in their pocketbooks , well not only his but Robin's also, her journey to grow responsible and Creek guiding her through her journey. To do anything for their loved ones and keep them happy and safe, even defying law, which is the main theme of the story.
There's a little magic & outlaw in all of us, especially when it comes to finding true love
The writing is nice, is not fast nor slow the Author Diane just ease you into story and engulf you in the story. There is romance, adventure and the quirky characters, they will make you laugh. Loved everything!
Great story!! and enjoyed reading, completed in one day. A must read book.

Review of Stone of Thieves

Stone of Thieves (Robbin' Hearts Series #2)Stone of Thieves by Diane J. Reed
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

*I was provided PB copy of the book for an honest review by the author.*
Stone of Thieves is second book in Robbin's Heart series and it is standalone. But you should read the first one also to know how Robin's journey started.
"Is it any wonder I became a bank robber?"
But she never dreamed she'd fall in love..."

You will wonder how she became a Bandit or Gypsy Queen and her journey in falling in love.
This book is AMAZING!!! She never thought her life will change within three months, from being Robin McArthur to Robin McCracken to Rubina de Bargona.
Robin and lupo bianco Creek are on a journey to Venice to find Alessia, Robin's mom, so Creek can have her whole complete heart and she can have closure. Both with broken of pieces heart helping each other to mend and be one, completely together.
"In healing you Robin, I heal myself," he breathes. "I don't know where that bastard asshole is who killed my mom. And maybe I'll never know. But if I can make one woman's life better, to prove to her that love can be okay, that it doesn't have to hurt and it can last forever, well then maybe I can prove that to me, too.

Imagine E for C. C+R
It is an amazing journey to find the lost love of mother-daughter, bringing her mother back to home to her father who always kept Alessia in his heart and overcoming curse of Stone of Thieves. And it was hell of a journey, thrilling adventures kept me on edge but Robin's wit saved from getting heart attacks(if not true, as I wouldn't be writing this ;)lol). Thanks! to Author for mercy.
...,but Creek grabs me before I can slide to my death on a Venetian Street below.
"S-Stop right there!" I command, holding up a quivering hand and feeling like my heart is about to halt.
"H-How do I know you're not a ghost? How can you possibly be alive?"

Love can overcome any obstacle, curse and powerful vengeance. I loved the whole journey. Robin found her heart, her mother and her whole family, now it's Creek who have to do the same and I can't wait to know what is going to happen and excited to know an end to the magical journey of finding true love.

It's a must read. I completed in eight hours (yes I counted, not counting in sleeping hours. Now, I don't know what to with myself, I'm looking forward for third book. <3
Warning: The second book is intended for 17+ readers.

Review of Coral and Bones by Tiffany Daune

Coral & BoneCoral & Bone by Tiffany Daune
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Okay! This story is AWESOME!!!! aAAHHAHAH!!!
This is have been on my phone for few weeks and have wanted to read it but somethings came here and there and I was just able to read first chapter and at that time to the story sucked me in. I started it again to finish and I devoured the whole story in eight hours, yeah I tend to count :P
The story was from Halen's and Tage's POV. From the beginning as told earlier the story hooked me. The details were vivid, and I was feeling it was me in place of Haelen and watching from outside too.The scene in 1st chap, where she could hear every single thing with super hearing. I felt every emotions, I was connected to Haelen and bound to her; her anger, the feeling of betrayal. I so wanted to hurl Huron against a wall, lol. I lived the whole story.
I loved all characters, they all were different and can't resist them. Dax(Water boy), Tage, Ezra, Catch (found him cute :D), Pepper, Nelia, Taeser (The big Teddy Bear) and Lina. They all were awesome!
From Tage's POV we got to know more secrets but not much was revealed. I shed some tear when she went into Trance.
This story was a whole roller coaster ride which I'm far from being off yet, I so want to read what happens next. It had suspense, mystery, thriller and curve balls that got me.
And the last scene was spooky and I'm scared for Haelen, which you gotta find out. It's a definitely a must read!!! and I'm craving to read second book in the series and the whole series!!!
